I have always appreciated children's books. One of my idols in fact is Beatrix Potter (if you didn't notice already)
Her watercolour studies of animals and fungi were so magical to me, and I suppose she has had a big influence on my work.
With this in mind and after working in pre school where I got to read A LOT of books to the children I feel this is a path I would like to try and explore.
I have some ideas brewing so watch this space for updates and progress

I was thrilled to have two illustrations featured in issue 8 of the 'little living room' publication, Edinburgh, which is a a women and queer-led social enterprise that supports the career growth of creatives, particularly those facing obstacles. They do this by creating opportunities for skills development, offering business support, and showcasing creative work through publications and events. This issue in particular was dedicated to menstruation and called
"The Period Issue". 2023.
